Tell us who you work with and what you do for them. Every application is read by the team. What counts is the clinic relationships you already have.

Get set up

One session on the product with our team, free, and a sandbox workspace you keep. Yours to demo on and to learn in.

Deploy

Configure the workspaces you sell, connect the channels, and train the clinic. Follow the Moshivo playbook to ensure a consistent delivery standard, tailored to each client.

Earn

Commission is settled monthly on what was actually collected, in the currency it was collected in.

Requirements

What we expect from a partner.

You work with clinics. We prioritise partners who already have the relationship. If you don't yet but have a way in, tell us how.
You know the product before you deploy it. We take you through it and you practise on your sandbox first. A badly configured desk reflects on both of us.
Accurate representation. You do not promise capabilities the product does not have, and you do not quote prices we do not publish.
You answer your own clients first. Silver and Gold partners take the first response for the workspaces they deployed. We back you up; we do not replace you.

What you earn, and when.

Recurring.

Your commission is a percentage of what your client pays, every month, for as long as they remain a paying customer.

Paid monthly, in arrears.

Settled on what was actually collected, in the currency it was collected in. Refunded or charged-back months carry no commission.

Attribution at workspace creation.

Your code, or your signup link which fills it in.

A shared approach to client success.

Partners work closely with Moshivo on setup, configuration and ongoing fine-tuning to support each client over time.

Setup and support fees, guided by market.

Partner pricing reflects local market conditions and the scope of work. Country-level ranges provide guidance, while final fees depend on complexity and services required.
