Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview

Moshivo ("Moshivo", "we", "us"), operated by BuzzMinter LLC, stores on behalf of each business (tenant): the account identifiers and OAuth tokens or credentials for the channels the business connects — LINE, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok and Google Calendar — and the inquiry and appointment data captured through the Service (contact details, source channel, service of interest, messages, and appointment status). This page describes how to request deletion of that data.

2. Self-Service Disconnection

The fastest way to delete data associated with a connected channel is to disconnect the integration from inside the Moshivo dashboard: open the Integrations section of the relevant business and click Disconnect next to the channel. Upon disconnection we immediately delete the stored access token, refresh token and associated account identifiers from our production database.

3. Revoking Access from the Platform

You can also revoke Moshivo's access directly from each platform:

WhatsApp / Instagram / Facebook Messenger (Meta): visit Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations and remove "Moshivo".
Google (Calendar): visit Google Account → Third-party apps with account access and remove "Moshivo".
TikTok: TikTok → Settings → Security & Login → Manage app permissions, and remove "Moshivo".
LINE: disconnect the Moshivo channel from your LINE Official Account Manager settings.

Revoking access invalidates the tokens we hold; we then delete them during the next reconciliation cycle (within 30 days), or immediately upon written request.

4. Written Deletion Request

To request deletion of all data associated with your account, a specific business, or a specific channel, email hello@moshivo.com from the email address associated with your Moshivo account, including:

• the Moshivo account email,
• the business name (if you operate several),
• the specific channel(s) to delete, or "full account deletion".

We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and complete deletion from production systems within 30 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged according to our backup rotation (maximum 30 days), after which no copy of the data remains.

5. Requests From a Business's Contacts

If you reached out to a business through Moshivo and wish to have your data deleted, please contact that business (the data controller). The business can delete your inquiry from its Moshivo dashboard or ask us to do so, and we will assist promptly.

6. Scope of Deletion

A deletion request removes from our production database: channel OAuth access and refresh tokens, channel account identifiers and display names cached for that connection, inquiry and appointment records tied to the account or business, and per-business reporting snapshots that contain personal data. Aggregated, anonymized operational metrics that cannot be traced back to an individual or business may be retained. Data we never stored — for example, message history that remains on the channel platform — must be removed directly from that platform.
