By accessing moshivo.com (the "Site") or using the Moshivo application (the "App", together the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Moshivo, operated by BuzzMinter LLC, is a conversion desk for service businesses, offered through industry products (such as Moshivo Clinic). It provides conversion pages, multichannel inquiry capture (LINE, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok and web), inquiry qualification and routing, appointment booking with Google Calendar, confirmations, reminders and follow-ups, and a front-desk CRM and reporting. By connecting a channel, you authorize Moshivo to receive and send messages and to manage bookings on your behalf, within the scopes you grant.
Moshivo is an operational and commercial front-desk tool. It is nota system of record for your industry (such as a medical, legal or financial record system) and does not provide professional advice. The business remains solely responsible for the services it delivers, for the advice it gives, and for complying with all regulations applicable to it, including advertising and data-protection rules. Content sent to contacts through the Service is the business's responsibility.
As the data controller for its contacts, the business is responsible for having a lawful basis and obtaining any consent required to contact people on the channels it connects, for honoring opt-outs, and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content and offers it sends. You agree to keep sensitive records out of the Service.
All content on the Site and within the App — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of BuzzMinter LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or content that violates a channel's rules, to transmit harmful or disruptive content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure, or to interfere with its proper functioning.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including LINE, Meta (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook Messenger), TikTok and Google. Your use of these integrations is also subject to those platforms' own terms (for example, WhatsApp Business messaging and template policies). You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with them. Moshivo is not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms against your account, including message restrictions, template rejections, or account suspension.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BuzzMinter LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor does it guarantee any specific number of inquiries, bookings or business outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuzzMinter LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
